Overview
WEM type volume corrector is for gas turbine, girdle wheel (Roots), rotary, vortex street, industrial membrane meter with pulse signal output gas flowmeter supporting intelligent secondary meter. It adopts high-precision digital sensor with on-site pressure and temperature detection display. At the same time can be detected according to the medium temperature value and pressure value, the flowmeter will be converted into the standard state of the volume of flow and the total amount of volume flow and the total amount. And has a variety of signal output interface, can be convenient with other secondary meters or computer system networking to form a network management system. The main technology is at the domestic advanced level, is the city gas, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries gas flow meter ideal supporting meters.

The meter comes with a real-time database, which prevents data loss when changing batteries or sudden power loss, and the internal parameters can be saved permanently under power failure. Save user parameters, manufacturer parameters and certain history records.
Adopt high contrast liquid crystal display, can display the date, standard cumulative flow rate, standard instantaneous flow rate, medium temperature, pressure value.
It can detect the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the measured gas, can carry out automatic tracking compensation of the flow rate and correction of the compression factor, and display the cumulative flow rate of the gas volume under the standard condition (Pn=101.325kPa, Tn=293.15K) (intelligent type only). Support NX19, SGERG-88, AGA8-92 compression factor calculation.
Functions of multi-stage meter coefficient setting and automated correction.
Failure of pressure and temperature sensors can be diagnosed by itself (only intelligent), and directly displayed on the LCD screen, when the pressure or temperature sensor failure “blinking”, the flow totalizer will be in accordance with the agreed pressure value or temperature value mode automatically into the pressure or temperature correction operation, to ensure that the interests of both sides will not be damaged.
