Q How to control quality?
AThe quality of our products is strictly monitored and controlled during the production process in accordance with the following 4 steps: 1. All the raw materials by IQC(Incoming Quality Control) before launch whole process into the process after the screening. 2. Process each link in the process if IPQC(Input Process Quality Control) patrol inspection. 3. After finished by QC(Quality Control) full inspection before packing into the next process packaging. 4. OQC(Outgoing Quality Control) before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.

AThe warranty period for the product is 12 months after the customer receives the goods.

After the customer purchases the meter, we usually provide the electronic version of the following documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of conformity, inspection certificate, certificate of origin (optional, depending on whether the customer needs it or not), warranty certificate, delivery note.
If you need the paper version in the packing box, please inform the sales manager.
Q Can sizes that are not on the product specification sheet also be ordered?
AIf the customer needs a model for which no corresponding data can be found on the table, please initiate an inquiry with the sales manager. Please note that the data on the data sheet is general data, and the specific situation depends on the customer's needs.
Q Is OEM accepted?
AWe can provide OEM service, only need customers to provide authorization.
Q What are the documents that go into the meter box?
AEach meter is individually packaged, the box will be placed in a transparent file bag, the file bag will generally be placed: Inspection Certificates, Certificates of Conformity, Instruction Manual.
Q How will the product be packaged?

The standard packing methods we can provide are as follows: 1. Wrap the meters with air column bags; 2. Put the wrapped meters into corrugated boxes, and fill the gaps inside the boxes with air column bags to prevent the meters from being damaged by vibration; 3. Put all the corrugated boxes into wooden crates with pallets, and seal the crates with nails; 4. Secure the crate with polyester strapping.

Q How long will it take to ship?
AProduct stocking time is basically 2 weeks to 1 month, unless special order time depends on the actual situation.
