Overview
IC card gas flowmeter is a new type of intelligent instrument designed and produced by our company for gas flow measurement. The flowmeter can realize temperature, pressure, compression factor correction. It can detect and display the temperature, pressure, total volume under working condition, total volume under standard condition, instantaneous flow under working condition, instantaneous flow under standard condition, and remaining gas (amount) and other information of the medium. Supports IC card charging, data transmission (optional), valve control (optional) and other functions, and has a variety of signal output interfaces. The flowmeter can also embed the Internet of Things communication module and valve controller electronic module and IC card function, can form a variety of forms of wireless communication network, and real-time on-demand software upgrade, real-time price adjustment, online payment, valve control and other operations. This is a more suitable for urban gas, petroleum, chemical and other industries measurement, trade settlement, comprehensive management of the ideal integrated intelligent gas flow metering instrument.

Characteristics
Using advanced micro-power high technology, low power consumption, long-term power supply with internal battery.
It can be embedded with wireless modules such as 4G or NB, and can form a variety of forms of wireless meter reading system, which is powered by the built-in battery to achieve a limited number of wireless transmission (1 time per day), without external power supply, easy to use or unlimited number of wireless transmission by external power supply.
Integrates gas metering, prepayment and valve control. With fault self-diagnosis and alarm function, high reliability, using LCD display, clear and intuitive, easy reading.
It can choose the amount or gas volume for settlement, support the ladder gas price.
With real-time data storage function to prevent data loss during battery replacement or power failure, internal parameters can be permanently saved in case of power failure.
Using large capacity data memory, with data tamper-proof function, automatically record key data modification and historical data.
It has the function of anti-theft gas, and can detect, record and alarm when there is a related theft of gas.

The accuracy of the flowmeter is level 1.0 and level 1.5 within its specified flow range and under operating conditions.
Level 1.0: 0.2Qmax~Qmax: 1.0%; Qmin~0.2Qmax: ±2.0%
Level 1.5: 0.2Qmax~Qmax: ±1.5%; Qmin~0.2Qmax: ±3.0%
Temperature indication error: ≤±0.5℃

The flowmeter adopts flange connection, and the flange dimensions are in accordance with GB/T9119-2010 standard.
