Overview
Gas filter is an important equipment in gas distribution system. In the process of gas transmission, in order to ensure the normal operation of gas transmission and distribution equipment and instruments such as regulators, valves, flowmeters, pressure gauges and other instruments and protect them from being destroyed, solid impurities in gas must be removed, and filters with filter accuracy that meet the requirements must be installed in front. Gas filter is suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other gases.

Use and Maintenance
Determine the discharge cycle according to the use conditions and discharge impurities in time.
When the blocking pressure of the filter element increases significantly, the filter should be disassembled or replaced in time. Generally, the filter should be cleaned once for 1000-1500h, and the filter should be replaced about 8000h. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the filter inlet and outlet valve should be cut off first, and the gas in the filter should be replaced with nitrogen. After each cleaning, the leakage should be checked again, and the air in the filter can be reused after confirming that there is no leakage.
When the differential pressure gauge is configured, the inlet and outlet valves at both ends of the differential pressure gauge should be closed before ventilation, and the two inlet and outlet valves should be slowly opened after the air pressure is stable to avoid excessive pressure at the edge of the differential pressure gauge.
